About HR Doctor

John O’Neill is an experienced HR/Employment Law Consultant providing SME owners/managers and employees with one-to-one HR/Employment  Law services. John also assists employees that encounter workplace issues (changes in contract terms, bullying, harassment) and need to discuss their problems with an independent professional for advice and assistance.

John received a Bachelor of Business and Law degree (BBLS) and also a Diploma in Employment Law (Dip Emp. Law) from University College Dublin. He is an accredited Certified Mediator with The Mediator’s Institute of Ireland (MII), providing mediation as a remedy to workplace conflicts, disputes and disagreements. John is also a member of the Employment Law Association of Ireland (ELAI) and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

John has been providing core independent HR/Employment law consultancy services since 2006. Prior to this, he held several HR and general management positions within the SME business community sector.

HR Doctor has offices in Dublin and Wicklow and provides consultancy services throughout the 26 counties of Ireland. Online web conferencing can be arranged if required.
